WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day. Place your order before 3:00PM PST (Monday-Friday) for the best chance of same-day shipping. Orders placed after 3:00PM PST will ship the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. International orders are shipped via DHL.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM / AN INCOMPLETE ORDER?
First, sorry! Email us at hello@lvnadigital.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
If your order hasn’t shipped or been packed there is a chance we can modify your order. Please email us immediately with the subject line “ORDER CHANGE REQUEST” and include your order number and requested changes.
I’M UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
We truly value your satisfaction. If you’re not happy, please reach out and let us know what went wrong. We’ll do our best to resolve it through an exchange or custom solution depending on the situation.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND OR CANCELLATION?
