We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to making sure you’re set up for success. While all sales are final, we understand that things can happen. That’s why we offer a limited exchange policy to support you within reason.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

We’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
✔️ The item was purchased directly from us (no third-party or reseller purchases).
✔️ The request is made within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
✔️ The item is returned unused, in original packaging, untampered, and in brand-new condition.
✔️ No signs of wear, damage, or misuse (bends, kinks, scuffs, moisture, etc.).
✔️ The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
✔️ The exchange will be processed after inspection and approval.

We do not offer refunds or returns—only exchanges that meet the criteria above.

WHAT WE CAN'T COVER

We love creatives - but even the best crews can be tough on gear. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for cables that show physical or man-made damage, including (but not limited to):

          SOME EXAMPLES

• Rolled over by carts or lighting stands

• Pinched in hard cases

• Stepped on, yanked, or pulled improperly

• Exposed to moisture, extreme heat, or debris

These types of damage are considered outside normal product use and are not covered under our exchange policy.
To get the most life out of your gear, we recommend handling all cables with care and following best practices for storage and transport.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@lvnadigital.com with the following:

• Your original order number

• A brief explanation of the issue or reason for the exchange

• A picture of the cable

Once we review and confirm your request meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll provide you with the return address and further instructions.
