SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Most orders ship the same day if placed before 3:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri).

• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

• We ship via UPS (domestic) and DHL Express (international).

LVNA Digital is not liable for delays due to shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns. However, exchanges may be considered for defective products under the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and show no signs of physical damage

• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways)

• Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval
